The candidate needs to demonstrate understand and react to sales data and will be involved in the training and development of the customer’s personnel to improve sales in store. Also be able to roll out a merchandising format to the store base to improve the retailer display and the customer’s confidence in the produce range.
- Degree educated (or equivalent).
- Be highly numerate, well organised and able to plan and execute sales and account management procedures.
- Be impactful delivering solutions and results.
- Have exceptional influencing and negotiation skills
