A highly successful international Fresh Produce company are looking for a Commercial Coordinator to join their UK Team – The offices are based in Northamptonshire.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Sign off of fruit, transport, shipping, packing invoices.
  • Maintenance of price / cost matrices.
  • Produce consignment reconciliation (PNL report)
  • Complete consignments in the system.
  • Produce claims and credit requests.
  • Prepare the weekly payment runs.
  • Point of contact with country offices / suppliers on admin and finance queries
  • Support Commercial Manager on budgets and forecasting
  • Consolidate the weekly scorecard from the team.
  • Manage the clients main Supermarket customer PTP portal data entry (pricing, deviations, contracts, shortages).
  • Manage the workload of the commercial administrator(s).

The role’s performance will be assessed and measured by :

  • Payment to terms to E2E suppliers.
  • Consignment completion / timeliness and accuracy.

We are looking for someone with the following experience:

  • Experience on fresh produce required.
  • Knowledge of office IT tools (extensive spreadsheet knowledge) required.
  • Experience inputting information and extracting reports from a ERP system very desirable. – Rubicon is the system our client uses but experience in this is not essential, although would be VERY Advantageous
  • Experience on administrating / interpreting packhouse production / allocation sheets very desirable.

The Commercial Coordinator will report to the Commercial Manager

This Job Spec is intended to identify key elements of the role but is not exhaustive and will be subject to revision as and when required. Where necessary additional duties may be delegated by the Commercial Manager.
