Head of Operations

A leading international Fresh Produce company are looking for a ambitious and highly experienced Head of Operations to join their team in the West Midlands! The role will be based at their head office, but some overseas travel will be required.

The successful candidate will guide and oversee the delivery of high quality and cost efficient service to our customers through professional warehouse management and excellent commercial and budgetary control.

Through the site management teams ensure that existing and new operations achieve / exceed both the company and Customer objectives and targets, within the constraints of the business.

The main focus of this role will be the management and development of the Operational teams in the UK, but will also include overseeing their Operations abroad.  Whilst delivering the plans, the Head of Operations must demonstrate proactivity, efficiency and effectiveness in providing excellent Operations further to drive the growth of the business.
