What you’ll be doing:
✅ Managing end-to-end procurement and sales admin processes
✅ Raising and tracking purchase orders across global suppliers
✅ Monitoring shipments and vessel arrivals from the EU
✅ Coordinating logistics from port to warehouse
✅ Processing sales orders, purchase invoices, and stock reconciliations
✅ Overseeing inventory accuracy and managing returns or rejections
✅ Handling EU import customs documentation
✅ Liaising cross-functionally with sales, logistics, and finance teams
✅ Spotting issues before they arise—and solving them quickly when they do
What you bring to the table:
🔹 Solid experience in a supply chain or procurement admin role—preferably within the food industry
🔹 Confident working with Excel and ERP systems
🔹 Exceptional organisation and communication skills
🔹 Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
🔹 A natural problem-solver with strong commercial awareness
